EviaFi

Launched December 2025

EviaFi was Enactus Dalhousie's standout new project of the 2025–2026 year, earning a regional award and helping propel the chapter to Enactus Nationals for the first time in years. Built by 17 students investing over 300 hours, the platform makes financial guidance accessible to those left behind by traditional tools, including newcomers, students, and neurodivergent individuals. As a brand new project the numbers are just getting started, but the recognition at the regional level signals strong potential for real-world impact in the year ahead.

New Venture

Lowering barriers to entrepreneurship in Halifax since 2019

New Venture had another strong year opening doors for entrepreneurs who face the biggest barriers to entry. Across markets and community-facing events, the project directly supported 218 entrepreneurs, helped launch 125 new businesses, and created 128 income-generating opportunities throughout Halifax. Now in its sixth year, New Venture remains one of Enactus Dalhousie's most consistent and community-rooted initiatives, serving women, newcomers, Indigenous peoples, and other equity-deserving groups across the city.

Raising Good Neighbours

Building tomorrow's community leaders

Raising Good Neighbours launched in January 2026, partnering with the Good Neighbour Builders Society to help youth explore their communities and co-design local solutions. The project delivered its first workshop with the Future Leaders of Business Club at Charles P. Allen High School, while also building scalable toolkits for teachers, parents, and community leaders to carry this work forward independently. With 15 students and 164 volunteer hours invested in just a few months, it's a project still in its early chapters, but with a strong foundation and a lot of room to grow.
